Love Yourself and Your World Will Change (Start Date: April 2, 2018)
In order to live at your full aliveness, a life of manifesting your essence and potential, you have to be able to unconditionally love yourself -- not narcissistically, but in a healthy, real way. If you can't love yourself, then all else in life is limited or limiting.
In this course, we will start at the Beginnings: your relationships with your early attachment figures and caregivers, and how these relationships trained you to perceive yourself and the world around you. We will then discuss the possibilities of Self Love and the barriers that need breaking so you can Love Yourself. The course includes lessons on Transformation and Living a Life of Love, including Loving, which covers relationships and interpersonal communication.

In this home study course, experience two simple tools that will shift your nervous system from a reactive, fear-based paradigm to being calm and receptive. When you shift your nervous system fear no longer victimizes you, and breaking away from the mentality of fear allows all sorts of good things to happen. Regardless of what’s going on in your life, you can be calm, peaceful and centered.
In Session One: You are developing a practice. In the first minutes you experience and introduction to Mindful Breathing. Then you follow this by 2 minutes of Mindfulness Meditation. We do them together. Your takeaway: You’ll be able to do them on your own, learn how and when to use them, get tips on how to go beyond your resistance.
In Session Two: We review, go deeper and answer common questions. You now have two tools you can do in 5 minutes a day both for development and rehabilitation.
Enjoy and observe how you are sleeping better, what it’s like to have a quiet mind, the wiser decisions you make when you take time to pause, reflect and choose.

Fear comes in many guises. In this powerful workshop/webinar, I lay out a step-by-step guide to shifting from Fear to Freedom. Find freedom from a life or organization impeded by fear, fight, freeze, isolation, mistrust, or old wounds. I will guide you on a transformative journey to a mindful freedom.
